CAN I MAKE THE PICTURE BIGGER?
No you cannot. The size of the picture implemented on the site has been optimized to give you the best streaming video I can give with the various speeds of dsl/cable, highspeed connections out there.

CAN I MOVE THE CAMERA PAN/TILT OR ZOOM?
No you cannot. The reason for this is that there is only one camera in each classroom and multiple users to that camera. If one parent is moving the camera following his/her child there would be problems for the other users trying to see their child. Hence, the cameras in each room is situated in the best possible position that covers the most used and essential parts of the classroom.

CAN MY FAMILY SEE THE CLASSROOM IN ANOTHER COUNTRY?
Yes. Anyone with internet access is able to see the classroom, doesn’t matter what county they are in. But they are going to need your username and password to access your child’s classroom.

after going through the registration process and you are directed to the camera viewing page. In order for you to view the video stream you will need Java installed in your browser. Most browsers already has java installed but if you do not it is a free download from JAVA.COM

WHY DOES THE PICTURE GO AND STOP AT TIMES?
This is because we are using Java Virtual Machine to view the images and will not always give the best compression rate. MPEG4 would work much better but in order to view the video using this compression you will need administrative privileges on your computer at work in order to install ACTIVE-X CONTROLS. Not everyone at work has these privileges and would not be able to see the video stream.

Just click on the option that says forgot my password and you will be directed to your security question and able to renew your password.

CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON LOG IN AT THE SAME TIME WITH THE SAME USERNAME?
It is expected that more than one person may log in at the same time so it is allowed.
